Sew Dulce FAQ If you have any questions or concerns regarding an order please email us at Sewdulceconnancy@gmail.com You can find regular updates posted in the Sew Dulce Hardware & more Facebook page. These updates will include round updates and shipping updates. *Please do NOT combine retail and Pre-orders* Retail: All retail will be sold on Website or FB group. Retail orders will be shipped within 4-6 Business days after purchase. You can find new retail info and restocking details on the facebook group. Pre- Orders: Pre- orders have a 14-16 week turn from the order being submitted. All pre-orders are submitted 1 day after the round closes. Turn around includes includes production, shipping, counting, packing, and then shipping to customers. Please keep in consideration holidays and other delays may occur. I will work my best to get product out as fast as I can. Any and all delays will be posted and pinned in the facebook group. If you are not in our facebook group and would like updates please email us at the email above. Sew Dulce accepts Lay-buy. You MUST order at least $40 of Hardware to use lay-buy. Please ONLY use lay-buy on pre order items. Orders will be canceled if lay-buy is used on retail purchases. How lay-buy works: You will pay 50% down at the time of purchase and the rest will be paid in one month or when the product arrives (whichever comes first). There is a fee of 5% to use Lay-buy. If you do not pay the second payment your order will be canceled, you will also be removed and blocked from the group. PLEASE DO NOT COMBINE RETAIL WITH PRE-ORDERS Please open and inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for any Refunds: Please contact me via email at sewdulceconnancy@gmail.com within 3 business days if there are any errors or issues with order. Include your order number, packing slip and a picture of your fabric or hardware. Refunds are not given if your order is within the TAT window. Turn around will be started on each round and, by purchasing you agreeing to wait the listed turn around time. Refunds on fabric are only given if there is a flaw BIGGER than a quarter on the printed side of the fabric. EX; printer errors, holes, marks, etc. Flaws within 3 inches of the selvage (the edge) will not be refunded or discounted. Please do not cut or wash your fabric before you have inspected it. I will not refund any cut or washed fabric. Change of ADDRESS: If you move or need a package shipped somewhere else please send us an email at sewdulceconnancy@gmail.com with your order number and new shipping address. Please use “change of address” as the subject line when emailing. Product Information: You will find all information about the product in each product listing. This will give you the quantity, size, color, and cost. Shipping turn around times, and reminders to not combine retail and pre- orders are also in each listing. Shipping information: All shipping is through USPS and UPS . Shipping cost is calculated by weight and size of package. Shipping is charged at the time of purchase. If there are differences of $1 or more I will refund/invoice the difference in cost. If you are Outside of the United States you will be invoiced for any additional cost of shipping. Purchaser is responsible to pay any and all fees, taxes, duty fees. Shipping TAT: Retail orders will ship 4-6 Business days after order is placed. Or the turn around stated in the product listing. Pre Orders: Can take up to 2-3 weeks after I have received product. (This may take up to 14-16 weeks) If you wish to add to your pre-order please use the code “CombineShip”. Please ONLY use this code if you are adding more to a current pre order. You can NOT use this code for prior buys. Shipping is calculated by exact weight. If there are any differences of a $1 or more I will invoice/refund. PLEASE DO NOT COMBINE RETAIL AND PRE-ORDER.
